La Bodeguita del Medio is a typical restaurant bar located in Old Havana inaugurated in 1942 and frequented by important figures like Pablo Neruda and Ernest Hemingway, whose photographs now hang on the walls. This place is also famous because it is the birthplace of one of Cuba's most beloved cocktails, the Mojito.

El Floridita is a historic fish restaurant located in Old Havana and was the favourite bar in Cuba by the famous writer Ernest Hemingway. The latter's passion is celebrated with a statue inside the restaurant. The writer, in fact, frequented this place for one of his favourite cocktails, the daiquiri, born in this place in the 1930s.

Coppelia Ice Cream has the Havana's most famous ice cream; it was built by Castro in the 1960s and soon became the favourite meeting place for many local ice cream lovers.

Sloppy Joe's is a club opened in 1918 and frequented by international stars like John Wayne. It reached its peak in the 1930s and was closed in the mid-1960s. After half a century and a long restoration, in 2013 it reopened its doors to the public and is the ideal destination for those who want to live the atmosphere of the 30s.

If you like the nightlife, we recommend the Cuban Art Factory, a fantastic complex of art and entertainment that includes a gallery, bars and dance areas. The structure is derived from an old cooking oil factory that has gained notoriety as one of the best club and art galleries in Havana.
